基于云服务的创造机会授权健康教育模式在产科一体化病房中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨基于云服务的创造机会授权健康教育模式在产科一体化病房的应用效果.方法 选择2017年10月至2018年3月在南京鼓楼医院产科一体化病房住院产妇274例,按不同在院时间段分成观察组134例和对照组140例.观察组产妇接受基于云服务的创造机会授权健康教育,对照组产妇接受传统模式健康教育,比较两组孕产妇在母婴护理相关知识及技能掌握情况、健康教育满意度、母婴照护问题发生率.结果 观察组产妇对健康教育知识掌握率,新生儿护理技能掌握率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组产妇满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇42 d内纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,而观察组产妇乳头皲裂发生率、乳腺炎发生率、新生儿脐带脱落延长率、新生儿脐带感染率、母儿再入院率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于云服务的创造机会授权健康教育模式具有较好的教育效果,值得临床推广.%Objective To explore the application effect of cloud - based authorized health education model in obstetric integrated ward. Methods From October 2017 to March 2018, 274 lying-in women in integrated obstetrical wards of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital were divided into observation group ( 134 cases) and control group ( 140 cases). The observation group received authorized health education based on cloud service, while the control group received traditional health education. The effects of the two groups were compared on the mastery of knowledge and skills related to maternal and infant care, the satisfaction of health education and the incidence of maternal and infant care problems. Results The mastery rate of health education knowledge and nursing skills of newborns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the score of maternal satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0.05);the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group within 42 days(P<0.05). The incidence of chapped nipples, mastitis, neonatal umbilical cord prolongation, neonatal umbilical cord infection rate, maternal and neonatal readmission rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion The health education model of creating opportunity authorization based on cloud service has good educational effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
