经皮移除股动脉插管之新技术心得

摘要

目的 介绍一种新型股动脉插管移除方法.方法 2例男性患者行V-A ECMO,撤除股动脉时采用微创大血管支架手术中使用的Abbott Perclose Proglide经皮血管缝合器进行移除ECMO动脉插管并修补股动脉.结果 2例患者均成功移除股动脉插管,复查超声下肢血流良好,插管部位无明显出血并发症.结论 经皮移除股动脉插管可避免传统开放直视下拔管并作股动脉缝合修补的缺陷,是一种容易、快速、安全的拔管方式,但仍需更多的病例来验证当前的研究结论.%Objective To introduce a new method for the removal of femoral artery intubation.Methods Abbott Perclose Proglide percutaneous vascular stapler,which was usually used for minimally invasive macrovascular stent surgery,was used to remove femoral artery cannula and repair femoral artery in 2 male patients received V-A ECMO support.Results Two cases of patients using percutaneous method were successfully removed femoral artery intubation,with good lower extremity blood flow reviewed by ultrasound and no obvious bleeding complications on intubation sites.Conclusion Percutaneous femoral artery can be removed to avoid the defects of extubation under direct vision and femoral artery suture repair.It is an easy,fast and secure way for extubation,but still needs more cases to verify the current conclusion.
