压力下降条件下一种双基发射药的瞬态燃烧特性

         

摘要

In order to study the transient combustion performance of the propellant under depressurization condition, the transient combustion behaviours of double-base gun propellant were studied by using a test equipment system under instantaneous depressurization. The results show that the instantaneous combustion of sample can be classified into two categories , e. g. extinguishment and burning-off, when the pressure of combustion chamber is controlled to vary from 0 to 151 Mpa,and the velocity of depressurization from 30 Mpa/s to 2. 5×104 Mpa/s. The extinguishment critical curve of sample combustion under the different initial pressure and depressurization velocity is unlike.%为了解火药在压力下降条件下的瞬态燃烧特性,采用压力瞬时下降状态下的实验装置系统,研究了一种双基发射药在瞬态降压下的燃烧行为.结果表明,在燃烧室压力为0~151 MPa,降压速率为(30~2.5×104) MPa/s条件下,该双基发射药的燃烧行为可分为熄灭和完全燃烧两种情况.在不同的初始压力和降压速率下,双基发射药有不同的熄火临界特性曲线.
