葛根素注射液对病毒性心肌炎患者抗氧化能力的影响

摘要

目的 研究葛根素注射液对病毒性心肌炎(viral myocarditis,VMC)患者抗氧化能力的影响.方法 随机抽签法将2014年1月至2017年3月收治的74例VMC患者分为观察组和对照组,各37例.对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以葛根素注射液静脉滴注.干预14 d后评价疗效及安全性,测定治疗前后心肌酶[肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)]、炎症[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-35(IL-35)]及抗氧化指标[总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)].结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.59％ 显著高于对照组的72.97％(χ2=6.366,P=0.012);观察组治疗后血清CK-MB、cTnT、hs-CRP水平均显著低于对照组(t=8.279、21.907、9.703,均P=0.000),IL-35、T-AOC、SOD、GSH水平均显著高于对照组(t=10.194、11.128、15.539、11.390,均P=0.000);观察组出现轻微发热症状2例,暂时性腹胀1例.结论 葛根素注射液治疗VMC安全有效,能明显抑制炎症,提高抗氧化能力.%Objective To study the effect of puerarin injection on the antioxidant capacity of patients with viral myocarditis ( VMC). Methods Seventy-four patients with VMC who were admitted during the period from January 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and on this basis, the observation group was additionally treated with intravenous infusion of puerarin injection. The curative effect and safety were evaluated after 14 days of intervention. Myocardial enzymes [ creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), troponin T (cTnT)], inflammation [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-35 (IL-35)] and antioxidant indexes [total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduced glutathione ( GSH)] were determined before and after treatment. Results The total treatment response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (94. 59％ vs 72. 97％ ) (χ2 = 6. 366, P = 0. 012). The levels of serum CK-MB, cTnT and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (t = 8. 279, 21. 907, 9. 703, all P = 0. 000), while levels of IL-35, T-AOC, SOD and GSH were significantly higher than those in the control group (t = 10. 194, 11. 128, 15. 539, 11. 390, all P = 0. 000). There were 2 cases of mild fever in the observation group and 1 case of transient abdominal distension. Conclusions Puerarin injection is safe and effective in the treatment of VMC. It can significantly inhibit inflammation and improve the antioxidant capacity.
