综合护理在急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗中的作用

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of general nursing during interventional treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods AMI patients (n=110, male 55, female 55 and aged from 41 to 68) were chosen from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2015. All patients were divided, according to nursing methods, into general group (n=62) and routine group (n=48). The routine group was given conventional nursing, and general group was given additionally psychological nursing, rescue nursing and ward nursing. The success rate was surveyed by using questionnaire, dispute rate was counted, and clinical efficacy, arrhythmias and QT interval dispersion (QTd) were analyzed in all patients when they were discharged from the hospital.Results The results of questionnaire survey showed that success rate increased (100.00%vs. 81.25%), hospitalizing duration was shortened [(9.82±4.59) dvs. (18.46±8.13) d] and dispute rate decreased (0%vs. 10.41%) in general group compared with routine group (allP<0.05). The clinical efficacy was significantly higher in general group than that in routine group (98.39%vs. 70.83%,P<0.05). The heart rate and QTd were lower in general group than those in routine group (allP<0.05).Conclusion General nursing promotes the success rate, improve clinical efficacy and ameliorate heart rate and QTd in patients with AMI undergone interventional treatment.%目的：分析综合护理在急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗中的作用。方法入选2013年2月~2015年2月入住新疆医科大学第一附属医院的急性心肌梗死患者110例，男性55例，女性55例，年龄41~68岁。依据护理方法分为综合组（62例）和常规组（48例）。常规组采用常规的护理方式，综合组在此基础上联合心理护理、抢救护理以及病房护理。出院时采用问卷调查患者的满意率、统计纠纷率，分析临床治疗效果、心律失常、QT离散度（QTd）等。结果问卷调查结果显示，综合组较常规组满意率升高（100%vs.81.25%），住院时间缩短[（9.82±4.59）dvs.（18.46±8.13）d]，纠纷率减少（0 vs.10.41%），差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。综合组临床治疗有效率明显高于常规组（98.39%vs.70.83%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。综合组患者心率、QTd较常规组降低，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论综合护理的方式较常规护理提高接受介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者对医务工作者的满意率，提高临床治疗效果，改善心率和QT离散度。
