并行产品设计人员学习与交流能力对下游活动影响的研究

         

摘要

The designers′learning ability and information communication ability are important fac-tors affecting concurrent product development.In order to research the influence of designers′learning ability and information communication ability to downstream design activity,the learning knowledge quantity function and the rework rate function were constructed,the mathematical model of start time of downstream design activity and information communication times between design activities was put forward,the influence of designers′learning ability and information communication ability to the start time of downstream design activity and the information commu-nication times between design activities was researched,and the j udging conditions of the start time of downstream design activity and the information communication times between design ac-tivities were obtained,and the j udging conditions were analyzed and verified through an example. The start time of downstream design activity and the information communication times between design activities were calculated on the basis of the j udging conditions and the designers′learning ability and information communication ability indexes.The study provides theoretical reference for shortening the product development time and reducing the product development cost.%设计人员的学习与交流能力是影响并行产品开发的重要因素。为了研究设计人员学习与交流能力对下游设计活动的影响,构建了学习知识量函数与返工率函数,提出了下游设计活动启动时刻与设计活动间信息交流次数的数学模型,研究了设计人员学习与交流能力对下游设计活动启动时刻及设计活动间信息交流次数的影响,得出了下游设计活动启动时刻与设计活动间信息交流次数的判断条件,并通过实例对判断条件进行了分析验证。根据判断条件以及设计人员学习与交流能力指数,计算出下游设计活动启动时刻与设计活动间信息交流次数。研究结果为缩短产品开发时间与减少产品开发成本提供了理论参考。
