基于知识相似度和学习能力的产品设计人员指派方法

     

摘要

Aiming at the inefficient assignment of personnel in product design caused by task execution diversity and knowledge structure difference among the designers,a personnel assignment method of product design based on knowledge similarity and learning ability was proposed.At the first stage,the knowledge similarity between task's knowledge requirement and designer's knowledge structure was calculated to make the initial selection for designers,and the corresponding groups of designers met the requirements of each task execution was carried out;at the second stage,the learning ability of personnel was measured by learning ability index,and the learning time was calculated by knowledge accumulation function.With the objective of the shortest learning time,the optimal designer of each task and the corresponding assignment time were obtained.An example was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.%针对产品设计过程中因任务执行情况的多样性和设计人员所拥有知识结构的差异性而导致的设计人员难以有效指派的问题,提出一种基于知识相似度和学习能力的产品设计人员指派方法.该方法第一阶段通过计算设计任务知识需求与设计人员知识结构之间的知识相似度对设计人员进行初次选择,得到符合各个设计任务知识相似度阈值的设计人员组;第二阶段采用学习能力指数衡量人员的学习能力,并通过知识累积函数推算各自的学习时间,以学习时间最短为目标获得各个任务的最佳设计人员和对应指派时刻.通过实例验证了该方法的有效性.
