单轨车轨道部件的瞬态动力学分析

             

摘要

Monorail car rail unit is the most important part of the monorail system .The rail unit's normal work ensures the safe running of the monorail car .The safety analysis of transient dynam‐ics w as analyzed during the meshing process betw een rail unit and pin w heel unit by using the ANSYS Workbench platform .The special Workbench platform setting function was used to eval‐uate the rigid flexible coupling dynamic analysis during the meshing process described above .In the process of analysis ,the pin wheel unit and the rail unit were looked as rigid body and the elas‐tomer respectively .The rigid flexible coupling dynamic analysis could eliminate the result error caused by simplifying technological process and shorten the calculation time .T he time course and the distribution nephogram of the equivalent stress and the safety coefficient were obtained under the four different w orking conditions in the meshing process about rail steel ,gear rack and the contact position on both sides of the weld joint .The result of analysis can provide theoretical basis for the weld process design ,can lay a foundation for optimization design and fatigue check of rail unit and can provide guidance for the practical application of rail unit .%单轨车轨道部件是单轨车系统中最为重要的组成部分,它的正常工作是单轨车安全运行的保障。利用AN‐SYS的Workbench平台,对轨道部件与销轮部件的工作过程进行了瞬态动力学分析。在分析过程中运用Work‐bench平台特有的设置功能,将销轮部件设置为刚体,而轨道部件设置为弹性体,并对啮合过程进行了刚柔耦合的动态分析,既避免由简化引起的结果误差,又缩短了计算时间。通过分析得到了啮合过程中销轮部件对轨道钢体、齿条及其焊缝近接触面两侧的4种不同工况下的等效应力和安全系数的时间历程及其分布云图。分析结果可为焊缝工艺设计提供理论依据,为轨道部件的优化设计和疲劳校核奠定基础,为轨道部件的实际应用提供指导意见。
