2000年西藏昌都地区大骨节病病情监测报告

摘要

Objective　To monitor KBD prevalence rate in Changdu of Tibet.Methods　The aged 7～12 year children are tested with X- ray and epidemiological investigation.Results　Xizang are still high yet,the 3 of 4 porints X-rates are more than 20% and the highest one is 55.34%.Conclusions　The Changdu is the severest point of KBD in our country.%目的　进行大骨节病病情监测 ，了解病情动态。方法　对洛隆、边坝、八宿和芒康4个监测点的7～12岁儿童412名进行临床检查和手骨X线拍片检查。结果　4个监测点儿童骨X线检出率为17.92%～40.78%， 其中有3个监测点干骺端检出率大于20％。结论　昌都地区大骨节病病情活跃而严重，是全国重病区之一。
