5.8GHzWiMAX低噪声放大器设计与仿真

         

摘要

A design method that realizes a LNA for Wimax high frequency Low Noise Amplifier with a standards-based IEEE802.16,working frequency band at 5. 8 GHz is introduced. Adopting a juvenile 0. 15 μm Phemt process 4×50 μn transistor large signal model,a Current-Reused structure was used as LNA circuit structure,and the circuit design of LNA bias circuit was optimized. The EDA software ADS2008 was applied to simulate and optimize some important figures of Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) , such as gain, noise figure, S parameters and so on. The circuit layout design was completed and obtained the expeciment results. The design was proved to be recommended.%介绍了一种基于IEEE802.16标准的高频段WiMAX低噪声放大器(LNA)的设计方法,工作频段在5.8 GHz,采用稳 茂0.15 μm pHEMT工艺4×50 μm晶体管大信号模型,选用Current-Reused结构作为LNA电路结构,并优化设计LNA的电路 偏置电路.利用Agilent公司的 ADS2008 软件对低噪声放大器(LNA)的一些重要指标:增益、噪声系数、S-参数等进行了仿真 分析,并完成电路版图设计,得出设计结果.
