Bulk driven MOSFET at input avoids thernlimitation of threshold voltage efficiently, and a partial positive feedback is used to increase gain-bandwidth, so thernVoltage follower gets high performance. Designed circuit is simulated in a standard 0. 18 Jim CMOS process, usingrnCadence Spectre and BSIM3v3 models. The result of simulation indicates this DOCCII has bandwidth of 4. 8 MHzrnand high linearity and good input and output resistance.
