MPPT控制Boost变换器的一种软开关实现策略

         

摘要

A soft switching strategy for Boost converter with maximum power point tracking(MPPT) was proposed,which was to design MPPT controlled Boost converter in discontinuous conduction mode.Firstly,the equivalent load of MPPT controlled Boost converter was deduced,then the critical value of input inductor was obtained based on working mode analysis and discussion.The converter kept in DCM mode under whole input voltage range when the input inductance was its critical value,and the switching device could realize soft switching.Finally,simulation verification was done in PSIM software.%提出了最大功率点跟踪MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking)控制Boost变换器的一种软开关实现策略:将MPPT控制Boost变换器设计在断续导通模式DCM(Discontinuous Conduction Mode)下.首先推导了MPPT控制Boost变换器的等效负载,然后借助工作模式分析推导得到输入电感的临界值.设计输入电感为临界值就可以使得变换器在全输入电压范围内工作在DCM模式下,开关器件实现自然的软开关.最后,在PSIM软件中完成了仿真验证.
