面向航空发动机红外隐身试验的热源模拟器设计

     

摘要

设计了一种基于TMS320F28335的航空发动机红外隐身试验的热源模拟器。该装置通过K型热电偶感受某飞机发动机模型的温度,并通过调理电路将信号传递给DSP。通过交流电加热电阻丝以实现温度模拟,执行元件为固态继电器,通过调节通断占空比来调整输出量。基于PID控制技术实现了恒温、恒热流控制算法,并在实际环境下进行了参数整定。实验表明,该装置能实现0~1000℃范围以内闭环温度控制,误差范围在5℃以内,该模拟装置具有模拟精度高、响应快、实时性强、稳定性好、功耗低等特点。%An infrared heat source simulator of stealth test of aviation engine based on TMS320F28335 is designed. The type K thermocouple is utilized as the sensor to obtain the temperature of the aircraft engine model,after tun-ing,the signal is acquired by DSP. The resistance wire is heated by the alternating current to simulate the engine temperatures,and the solid state relay is employed as actuator,which can adjust the output by altering the on-off du-ty cycle. Based on PID control technology,the constant temperature and constant heat flux control algorithm are pro-posed,and the PID parameters are tuned in the actual environment. Experiments show that,the control error of tem-perature doesn’t exceed 5 ℃ within the range of 0 to 1000℃,and the simulation device has high simulation preci-sion,fast response,well real-time performance,good stability and low power dissipation.
