Co3O4-TiO2纳米颗粒制备及光催化性能研究

         

摘要

由于TiO2或Co3O4作催化剂时化学稳定性极差,且具有强烈的吸附其他粒子以达到稳定状态的趋向,造成纳米粒子的团聚,最终导致在实际使用时不能充分地发挥它的纳米特性.提出选用N 型半导体TiO2纳米材料与P型半导体Co3O4复合,制备出具有P-N结的Co3O4-TiO2半导体纳米颗粒.并搭建了光解水平台进行实验,Co3O4-TiO2半导体复合材料被模拟太阳光激发完全分解纯水生成H2和O2的效率分别为0.163 μmol/h和0.08 μmol/h,氢气和氧气生成量的比约为2:1.%When TiO2 or Co3O4 as catalyst single,the chemical stability is poor and it tends to have strong adsorption of other particles to reach a steady state caused by the agglomeration of nanoparticles. Finally,it can not play to its nano properties in practical use fully. The Co3O4-TiO2 semiconductor nanoparticles with P-N junctions were fabricated by using N type semiconductor TiO2 nanomaterials and P type semiconductor Co3O4 composites.And the experimental platform was set up,the Co3O4-TiO2 can be used on overall water splitting reaction,the optimal evolution rate of H2 and O2 are 0.163 μmol/h and 0.08 μmol/h,and the ratio of the evolution rate of H2 and O2 is 2:1.
