效用量表在中国人群中的应用研究综述

摘要

目的：对通用量表在中国人群中的应用研究进行文献综述，以期为我国药物经济学评价中健康效用测量工具的完善提供参考。方法：在中文期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）、万方数据库、维普数据库和PubMed数据库中进行系统文献检索，筛选其中在中国人群中采用通用健康效用量表测量的研究。对研究中通用健康效用量表在中国人群中应用的可行性、信度、效度、天花板及地板效应进行综述。结果：目前中国人群相关研究中使用最多的通用健康效用量表为EQ－5D，其次为SF－6D。在各项研究中，这两个量表均具有较好的可行性、信度及结构效度，但没有校标效度的检验，也没有研究对量表的内容效度进行考察，因此无法作出全面评估。此外，文献中报告的EQ－5 D的天花板效应较严重， SF－6 D的地板效应较严重。结论：EQ－5 D和SF－6 D量表在我国药物经济学研究中被广泛使用，但仍存在一定限制。%Objective:To provide reference for the improvement of utility measurement in pharmacoeconomics evaluation in China , we learned the application of general utility scale on Chinese population .Methods:Based on the research of literatures at home and abroad , we made an analysis of feasibility , reliability, validity, ceiling and floor effect of the application of general utility scale in China . Results:At present, China′s largest scale used in the study is EQ-5D, followed by SF-6D.Both of these two scales have good feasibili-ty, reliability and construct validity.In addition, the ceiling effect on EQ-5D is more serious, more serious floor effect on SF-6D.Conclusion:EQ-5D and SF-6D have been widely used in China′s pharmacoeconomics study , but there were still some limitations.
