灾害救援训练中医疗队员救援能力培养

摘要

The authors mainly discussed on cooperation capacity, management capacity, precise rescue capacity, professional support capacity and lasting operational capacity of the medical rescue team in practical training. They put forward that organizing regular practical training and improving five ability construction cannot only ensure medical rescuers complete diversified rescue mission in high standard, but also promote long-term development of emergency medicine in China.%笔者主要对灾害医学救援队实战化训练的团队合作、指挥管理、精确救援、专业保障及持久作战能力建设进行初步探讨，提出组织经常性实战化训练，提高五个能力建设，不仅能确保医学救援队员高标准遂行多样化救援任务，而且能促进我国救援医学事业的长远发展。
