多学科团队在结直肠癌肝转移诊断与治疗中的应用

The traditional single-disciplinary treatment has been transformed into a multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment,because of the further understanding of oncology.Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) is the representative of this change.MDT has a unique model of organization and conduction.It improves the prognosis of patients through multi-disciplinary conference and standardized individualized treatment.MDT has been applied in metastatic colorectal cancer for a long time,and remarkable achievements have been made.With the development of molecular biology and the application of new targeted agents,MDT has also been progressing to adapt to the trend of modern medicine.%随着对恶性肿瘤认识的逐步深入,传统的单一学科诊断与治疗模式已转变为多学科共同参与的综合治疗,多学科团队(MDT)就是其代表产物.MDT有独特的组织结构与开展模式,通过多学科共同参与,为患者提供规范化个体化的诊断与治疗服务,显著改善了恶性肿瘤的预后.而结直肠癌肝转移作为较早开展多学科团队诊断与治疗的疾病类型,疗效显著.随着分子生物学的发展和新型靶向药物的应用,结直肠癌肝转移MDT也在不断进步,以适应现代医学发展的潮流.
