Objective To investigate the efficacy of neurotropin of the ozone injection paravertebral lumbar disc herniation on improving the of nerve function. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into ( A group ) injection of ozone inside and outside the disk group and ( B group ) the ozone neurotropin group. Post operation evaluation were carried out at 1 week, 6 months and 12 months, according to VAS, JOA, Macnab method to assess the efficacy. Results For VAS and JOA efficacy evaluation, both A and B group after 1 week, 6 months, 12 months, VAS values significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05 ,P < 0.01 ), JOA values significantly increased than that before treatment( P < 0.01 ). Compared with A group, 1 week and 12 months of VAS and JOA were improved more obviously than B group( P < 0.05 ). For efficacy evaluation of Macnab,A, B group after 12 months of the effective rates were 84.6% , 90.0% respectively, B group was better than A group( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Ozone combined neurotropin were superior to single ozone in treatment of LDH to improve neurological function.%目的 探讨腰椎间盘内外臭氧联合神经妥乐平椎旁注射对腰椎间盘突出症神经功能的影响.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为臭氧盘内外注射组(A组,n=40)和臭氧联合神经妥乐平椎旁注射组(B组,n=40),术后1周、6个月、12个月根据VAS、JOA、Macnab方法评定疗效.结果 A、B组术后1周、6个月、12个月VAS值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),JOA值均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01).B组术后1周VAS值、术后12个月JOA值较A组改善显著(P<0.05).改良Macnab疗效评定,A、B组术后12个月有效率分别为84.6%、90.0%,B组优于A组(P<0.05).2组均无严重不良反应发生.结论 臭氧联合神经妥乐平对腰椎间盘突出症神经功能改善优于单纯臭氧治疗.
