Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Tangluoning combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy ( DPN ). Methods 80 DPN patients who were conforming the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the herb group ( 38 patients ) and control group ( 42 patients ). Based on basic treatment, the herb group was given Tangluoning and Chinese medicine soaking. The control group was given the methycobal ( mecobalamin ). The effective rate and the changes in the total symptom score( TSS ), Michigan diabetic neuropathy score( MDNS ),herve conductive velocity were observed. Results The total effective rate of the herb group was 94.7％, and in control group was 64.3 ％, the effect of herb group was better than that of control group, the difference was significant( P ＜ 0.05 ). And the results also showed that the herb group and the control group had obviously difference in TSS and MDNS,improving the nerve conductive velocity and amplitude, the improvement in herb group was better than contral group( P ＜ 0.05 ). There were no obvious side effects found during the treatment. Conclusion Tangluoning adding traditional Chinese medicine soaking had significant effect for the treatment of DNP, better than methycobal.%目的 观察糖络宁配合中药泡洗对糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效.方法 将符合诊断标准的DPN患者80例,随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(42例),在基础治疗的同时,治疗组予糖络宁,同时配合中药泡洗治疗;对照组口服弥可保(甲钴胺)治疗.对患者的临床疗效、总症状评分量表(TSS)及密西根糖尿病神经病变评分量表(MDNS)神经症状积分、双侧胫神经运动神经及感觉神经传导速度进行观察.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的64.3%(P<0.05);2组TSS、MDNS积分均显著改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组双侧胫神经运动神经传导速度有明显的改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05).2组治疗过程中均未见明显的不良反应.结论 糖络宁加中药泡洗可明显提高DPN临床疗效,改善神经传导速度,安全性好.
