2型糖尿病患者血浆Klotho水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

摘要

目的 探讨血浆Klotho (KL)水平与IR的相关性. 方法 将研究对象分为T2DM组220例,对照(NC)组76名,采用双抗体夹心ELISA检测血浆KL水平,并测定血压、血脂及肾功能等,比较两组间的差异.多元逐步回归分析KL水平的影响因素. 结果 T2DM组KL水平低于NC组[(4.9±0.5)vs(5.4±0.6)ng/ml,P＜0.01],协方差分析后KL水平仍存在组间差异(P＜0.01).ISI 和血肌酐(Scr)是KL水平的独立相关因素. 结论 T2DM患者血浆KL水平降低,其水平与ISI独立相关,KL可能是一个反映患者IR及T2DM发生的监测指标.%Objective To investigate the association of plasma Klotho levels with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes. Methods The plasma Klotho levels were detected in 220 T2DM patients and 76 non-diabetic individuals (NO using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the clinical and biochemical parameters were tested too. The comparison was carried out to observe the differences between two groups. The influential factors of Klotho levels were defined by multivariate regression analysis. Results The plasma Klotho levels were lower in the T2DM group than in the control group (4. 9±0. 5 vs 5. 4±0. 6, P<0. 01) , the difference was statistically significant after covariance analysis (P <0.01). Insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and serum creatinine (Scr) were independent determinants for plasma Klotho concentrations. Conclusion The plasma Klotho level decreases in type 2 diabetes, and it is independently correlated with ISI. Klotho may be a monitoring indicator of the incidence of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
