目的 探讨采用DM临床信息管理系统(DCIS)对DM患者进行定期随访、预约随诊后,对其血糖、血压、血脂达标率以及低血糖事件、遵医行为的影响.方法 将597例DM患者分为两组:试验组为使用DCIS进行定期随访的患者297例,对照组采用传统方法随访患者300例,治疗随访6个月.观察两组入院时、出院时、出院后3个月、6个月的血糖、血压、血脂达标率以及低血糖事件发生率、遵医行为的变化.结果 出院后3月与出院时相比,试验组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、SBP、DBP、TG、LDL-C等水平及其达标率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、HDL-C、BMI等代谢指标及其达标率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低血糖的发生次数较对照组减少(P<0.05).出院后6月与出院时、出院后6月与出院后3月两组分别作比较,试验组BMI、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等代谢指标及其达标率均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);低血糖的发生次数较对照组均明显减少(P<0.01).结论 采用DCIS对患者进行定期随访、预约随诊等方法明显提高了患者的依从性,提高了血糖、血压及血脂的达标率,明显减少了低血糖事件.%Objective To investigate the effect of diabetic clinical information system (DCIS) on the standard reaching rate of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid and hypoglycemia events, and compliance behaviors. Methods 597 diabetic patients were divided into treatment group follouled up with DCIS (n=297) and control group followed up without DCIS (n = 300). After 6 months, standard reaching rates of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid and hypoglycemia events, compliance behaviors were measured at admission and discharge, 3 months and 6 months after discharge. Results The level and standard reaching rate of FPG, 2hPG, HbAic systolic BP, diastolic BP, TG, HDL-C were better in treatment group than in control group at 3 months after discharge versus at discharge (P<0. 05) . But TC, HDL-C, BMI did not show significant difference between two groups (P>0. 05). At 6 months after discharge versus at discharge or at 3 months after discharge, the levels and standard reaching rate of BMI, FPG, 2hPG, HbAc systolic pressure, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C were significantly better in treatment group than in control group (P< 0. 01) and hypoglycemia times were significantly decrease (P < 0. 01). Conclusions By using DCIS, patients' compliance and standard reaching rate of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid are improved significantly, hypoglycemia times are significantly reduced.
