18例老年糖尿病患者口服二甲双胍9年的安全性及疗效观察

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of metformin in the long-term treatment of elderly T2DM patients. Methods Of the elderly T2DM cases, 18 were taking metformin and 18 were not taking metformin during the 9-year treatment. The blood glucose, HbA1c, liver and renal functions of all of the cases were regularly determined for comparison. Results At the end of the 9th year, the success rate of <7. 0% HbA1c was 77. 78% and 50% respectively in treatment and control groups, with a statistical difference (P<0. 05). The differences of liver and kidney function as well as the body weight between the two groups were not significant, and the GFR of both groups was within the normal range of fluctuation. Conclusion Elderly T2DM patients taking metformin for long-term treatment can achieve a good result in controlling blood glucose without safety hazards.%目的 观察老年糖尿病患者长期服用二甲双胍的安全性及疗效. 方法 选取老年T2DM患者持续口服或未服二甲双胍9年各18例,定期监测血糖、HbA1c和肝肾功能等. 结果 二甲双胍治疗(T)组第9年底HbA1c ＜7％者占77.78％,对照(C)组为50％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组肝肾功能及体重差异无统计学意义,肾小球滤过率均在正常范围内波动. 结论 老年T2DM患者长期服用二甲双胍具有良好的安全性和疗效.
