Objective To explore the possible correlation of adiponectin with ISI and acute insulin response (AIR) in subjects with unpaired IGT and the newly diagnosed T2DM patients. Methods The 28 normal subjects, 31 subjects with IGT, and 31 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were included in the study. The ISI and AIR were assessed by the reduced sample number Bergman's minimal model method. And the level of serum adiponectin was measured at the same time. Results The level of serum adiponectin was negatively correlated with BMI, WHR, SBP. FPG, 2 hPG, FIns, postprandial insulin (PI), HbA1c and TG (all P<0.01), and positively correlated with ISI (r=0.565, P<0.01), however, no correlation with AIR. Conclusion The decrease of serum adiponectin may play a role in the development of insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.%目的 探讨IGT及新诊断T2DM患者血清APN水平与IS及胰岛β细胞功能的关系.方法 纳入90例受试者,其中健康对照者28名、IGT及T2DM患者各31例,用减少样本数的Bergman 微小模型技术评估各组ISI及急性胰岛素反应(AIR),同时测定血清APN水平. 结果 血清APN水平与BMI、WHR、SBP、FPG、2hPG、FIns、2hIns、HbA1c、TG呈负相关(P均<0.01),与ISI呈正相关(r=0.565,P<0.01),与AIR无关. 结论 APN水平的下降与IR、MS的发生有关.
