Objective To explore the correlation of serum fractalkine (FKN) and high sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hsC‐RP) with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 126 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM ) were divided into non‐retinopathy group (NDR) ,background DR group (NPDR)and proliferation of DR group (PDR) based on fundus fluorescein angiography. 40 healthy volunteers were recruited as control group (NC). The serum levels of FKN and hsC‐RP were examined. The relationship between FKN and hsC‐RP were analyzed. Results Compared with NC group ,the levels of serum FKN [(0.68 ± 0.08)vs(0.75 ± 0.11)vs(0.92 ± 0.17)vs(0.59 ± 0.06)ng/ml] and hsC‐RP [(3.81 ± 1.08)vs(5.87 ± 2.24) vs(8.03±3.06)vs(1.74±0.53)mg/L]werehigherinNDR,NPDRandPDRgroups (P< 0.05),and increased with the aggravation of retinopathy. The FKN level was positively correlated with hsC‐RP level (r=0.486 ,P<0.01). Conclusion Serum FKN and hsC‐RP are risk factors for DR and may be involved in the development of DR.%目的:探讨血清Fractalkine (FKN)和高敏C 反应蛋白(hsC‐RP)与DR的关系。方法选取2014年3月至2015年3月于我科住院的126例T2DM 患者,根据眼底荧光造影,分为单纯糖尿病(NDR)组、非增殖期DR(NPDR)组和增殖期DR(PDR)组,同时,另选取40名健康体检者作为正常对照(NC)组。测定各组血清FKN和hsC‐RP水平,并分析FKN与hsC‐RP的相关性。结果 NDR、NPDR、和PDR组血清FKN水平[(0.68±0.08)vs(0.75±0.11)vs(0.92±0.17)vs(0.59±0.06) ng/ml]和hsC‐RP水平[(3.81±1.08)vs(5.87±2.24)vs(8.03±3.06)vs(1.74±0.53) mg/L]均高于NC组,且随DR的加重逐渐升高(P<0.05)。血清FKN与hsC‐RP呈正相关(r=0.486,P<0.01)。FKN、hsC‐RP、HbA1 c、LDL‐C是DR的危险因素。结论血清 FKN 和 hsC‐RP是DR的危险因素,可能参与 DR的发生发展。
