糖尿病肾脏疾病尿液标志物的研究进展

摘要

The detection of urinary albumin (UAlb)is recommended to diagnose diabetic kidney disease(DKD) and to evaluate the effect of therapy.However,the sensitivity and specificity of UAlb recently have been challenged.Intensive efforts have been made to identify novel noninvasive urinary biomarkers for DKD.Because the progression of DKD is associated with the injury of glomeruli and tubulointerstitial tissue,biomarkers that accurately reflect the degree of histopathologic damage should be effective.This article summarizes the recent progression on the research of glomerular and tubular biomarkers.%尿白蛋白(UAlb)作为肾脏早期损伤的传统标志物,对糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)早期诊断、疗效评价有重要参考价值,研究发现,UAlb诊断DKD的灵敏度和特异性贝佳,因此很多学者致力于寻找更理想的DKD标志物.DKD进展与肾小球及肾小管间质病变相关,因此尿液标志物更能准确反映肾脏损伤的严重程度.本文旨在对肾小球、肾小管损伤的尿液标志物的研究现状及最新进展进行探讨.
