目的 观察美诺平颗粒内服联合冰黄软膏外用治疗寻常痤疮的疗效与安全性.方法 136例寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用美诺平颗粒内服联合冰黄软膏外用,对照组采用异维A酸胶丸内服联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶外用,疗程2个月.观察两组的临床疗效、不良反应及复发情况.结果 两组治疗方案有效率分别为79.41％、81.54％,疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；皮肤、系统轻度不良反应差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；系统重度不良反应差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；半年、1年复发率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 美诺平颗粒内服联合冰黄软膏外用治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切,不良反应少,复发率相对较低.%Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Mei Nuoping particles for internal use combining Binghuang ointment for external use to cure usual acne. Methods 136 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was taken Mei Nuoping particles for internal use combining Binghuang ointment for external use, while control group was taken Isotretinoin capsules for internal use combining A acid erythromycin gel for external use. The course of treatment was two months. The clinical curative effect, adverse reactions and recurrence situations of these two groups was observed. Results The effective rates of these two treatment schemes were 79.41% and 81.54% respectively, and the results were closed to each other. So the differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The differences of the system's mild adverse reaction had statistical significance(P>0.01). The differences of the system's mild adverse reaction had statistical significance (P<0.01). The differences of the system's severe adverse reaction had no statistical significance (P<0.01). The differences of the system's severe adverse reaction had no statistics meaning (P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Mei Nuoping particles for internal use combining Binghuang ointment for external use to cure acne vulgaris is definite, and it has few adverse reaction, low recurrence rate relatively.
