基于十二经脉循行路线的带状疱疹经络辨证规律初探

摘要

Objective In order to analyze the syndromes differentiations meridian of patients with herpes zoster,summarize the common syndrome types,extract the major symptoms and core symptoms of twelve meridian syndromes types,conclude the main points of syndrome differentiation of herpes zoster.Methods Selected the Tianjin Institute of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Dermatology outpatient and inpatient 224 cases of patients with herpes zoster,according to the information we have collected which including the distribution and appearance of skin lesions and four diagnosis methods of chinese traditional medicine,treated the patients with the meridian syndrome differentiation and viscera syndrome differentiation.So we could got the regulations of syndrome differentiation of herpes zoster.Results All of 224 patients with herpes zoster were included in this study.The result of meridian syndrome differentiation showed that Gallbladder meridian syndrome in 48 cases,Liver meridian syndrome in 42 cases,stomach meridian syndrome in 32 cases,bladder meridian syndrome in 22 cases,pericardium meridian syndrome in 16 cases,small intestine meridian syndrome in 14 cases,large intestine meridian syndrome in 12 cases,spleen meridian in 11 cases,heart meridian syndrome in 11 cases,lung meridian syndrome in 6 cases,triple burner syndrome in 6 cases,kidney meridian syndrome in 4 cases.The main symptoms of the twelve orresponding channels and collaterals' diseases are mostly consistent with the main symptoms of internal organs.There is a significant correlation relationship between them according to analysing of results above (P＜0.01).Conclusion Herpes zoster's meridians is regularity.%目的 探讨带状疱疹皮疹分布与十二经脉循行线路的关系,总结带状疱疹常见经络证型,归纳带状疱疹经络辨证要点.方法 选取天津市中医药研究院附属医院皮肤科门诊和住院部带状疱疹患者224例,采集其皮损分布、皮损表现、中医四诊症候等信息,根据所收集到的信息,分别对患者进行经络辨证和脏腑辨证,获取带状疱疹经络辨证规律、主要症候和核心症候,并探讨经络辨证与脏腑辨证相关性.结果 本研究共纳入带状疱疹患者224例,经络辨证结果为:胆经证48例、肝经证42例、胃经证32例、膀胱经证22例、心包经证16例、小肠经证14例、大肠经证12例、脾经证11例、心经证11例、肺经证6例、三焦经证6例、肾经证4例;带状疱疹十二经病证皮损分布与相应经络循行路线基本吻合,经络辨证结果与脏腑辨证结果基本一致,经相关性分析,两者具有明显相关性(P＜0.01).结论 带状疱疹经络辨证具有规律性.
