承德地区常见过敏性疾病过敏原检测结果分析

摘要

Objective In order to explore the types and distribution of allergens of common allergic diseases in Chengde area and to investigate the differences of allergens among different diseases and ages.Methods The sera of 1586 patients with allergic diseases in our department from January 2015 to November 2016 were detected for allergens by the Allergy Screen system and the results were analysed.Results The allergens were positive in 1013 of 1586 patients accounting for 63.87％.The positive rate of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,mould mixture and tree pollens was higher than others in inhaled allergens,accounting for 33.27％,25.07％ and 20.24％ respectively.Milk (16.78％) was major in ingested allergens.Conclusion The majority of allergens are dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,mould mixture and tree pollen in Chengde area.%目的 探讨承德地区过敏性皮肤病过敏原的种类及分布情况,比较不同病种及年龄段的过敏原差异有无统计学意义.方法 选取我院皮肤科2015年1月-2016年11月收治的1 586例过敏性疾病的患者,采取AllergyScreen过敏原检测系统对患者进行血清学检测,并进行结果分析.结果 1 586例患者中过敏原阳性1 013例(63.87％),患者吸入性过敏原以户尘螨(33.27％)、霉菌组合(25.07％)及树花粉(20.24％)阳性率最高,食入性过敏原以牛奶(16.78％)为主.结论 承德地区的过敏原阳性率最高的前3位主要过敏原为户尘螨、霉菌组合、树花粉组合.
