不同医院级别工作岗位对医护人员模拟心肺复苏术操作考核成绩的影响

     

摘要

目的 评价医护人员所在医院级别、工作岗位对模拟心肺复苏考核成绩的影响.方法 比较4个级别医院(市级医院、区级医院、镇级医院、社会医疗机构和民营医院)、3种不同工作岗位(院前科、急诊科、专科病房)432对医护人员模拟心肺复苏术考核成绩.结果 不同医院级别医生、护士考核成绩有显著性差异(F=15.673,P=0.000).市级医院总的考核成绩最好,区、镇级医院成绩接近,社会医疗机构和民营医院考核成绩最差.不同岗位医生、护士考核成绩也有显著性差异(F=30.215,P=0.000).结论 医院级别、医护人员工作岗位与模拟心肺复苏术考核成绩密切相关.要提高临床医务人员心肺复苏技能必须定期强化非急救专业人员相关技能的培训.%Objective To investigate the effect of different level hospitals and posts on the participants by test results of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods Achievement scores of assessment in imitating cardiopulmonary resuscitation of 432 couples of medical workers from 4 different hospitals ( municipal hospital, district hospital, township hospital, community health agencies and private hospitals) and 3 different department( prehospital, emergency department, special ward) were compared respectively. Results There were significant differences in test results of imitating cardiopulmonary resuscitation of 432 couples of medical workers from different hospitals ( F = 15.673 , P = 0.000 ) and different posts ( F = 30.215,P = 0.000) . Test results of municipal hospital were best, district hospital was similar to township hospital, and community health agencies and private hospitals were worst.Conclusion Different levels hospital and posts of the participants are be closely related to achievement score of assessment in imitating cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is need to strengthen training for unemergency medical care workers in imitating cardiopulmonary resuscitation in order to improve their abilities.
