亚甲蓝联合高压氧治疗急性亚硝酸盐中毒的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 观察亚甲蓝联合高压氧对急性亚硝酸盐中毒的治疗效果.方法 32例患者应用亚甲蓝联合高压氧进行治疗,观察治疗前后血气分析高铁血红蛋白(MetHb)量的变化.结果 本组患者全部治愈,MetHb量在治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 亚甲蓝联合高压氧对急性亚硝酸盐中毒治疗时间短,疗效佳,强调早期应用.%Objective To observe the trealmenl of methylene blue and hyperbaric oxygen on acute poisoning by nilrile. Methods 32 palienls were trealed by melhylene blue and hyperbaric oxygen. The amounl changes were observed about melhemoglobin (MetHb) in blood gas analysis before and after trealmenl. Results This group of palienls were all cured and there were significant differences in the amounl of MelHb before and after trealmenl (P < 0. 001). Conclusion Melhylene blue and hyperbaric oxygen on acule poisoning by nilrile could shorten the lime of trealmenl and it had excellent curative effect. It was worth being widely applied in early slage.
