目的 分析急性脑梗死与C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及其启动子区-717A/G多态性的关系.方法 采用免疫比浊法测定125例急性脑梗死患者和130例健康对照者的血清CRP水平,同时应用PCR-RFLP方法检测CRP-717A/G基因多态性,结合其他临床资料进行分析.结果 含有AA型与AG型个体的血清CRP水平明显高于GG型个体,病例组与对照组收缩压、舒张压、血糖、CRP、纤维蛋白原、甘油三脂、胆固醇及血细胞比容差异有统计学意义.结论 急性脑梗死患者中-717A/G位点A等位基因可能有增加CRP水平的趋势,CRP、胆固醇、纤维蛋白原、血糖、年龄及收缩压等因素对急性脑梗死有直接作用.%Objective To study the relationships belween acute cerebral infarclion with C -reaclive prolein level and the - 717A/G funclional polymorphism of CRP promoler. Methods The polymerase chain reaclion - reslriclion fragment lenglh polymorphism ( PCR - RFLP) was used Lo determine the CRP gene polymorphism in 125 palienls wilh acule cerebral infarclion and 130 controls and analyze these combined wilh clinical manifesta lions. Results Slalislical analysis showed that the average level of CRP was higher in the AA and AG genolypic subjects than lhal in the GG genolypic subjects. Researchers also idenlified the following acule cerebral infarclion inducing faclors, which were ranked by the degree of correlation; CRP, cholesterol, blood glucose, fibrinogen, age and Systolic blood pressure. Conclusion There is significant relationship belween the-717A/G functional polymorphism of CRP promoler with CRP prolein level and the acule cerebral infarction. CRP, cholesterol, fibrinogen, blood glucose, age and systolic blood pressure are all risk faclors of the acule cerebral infarction disease.
