SYN-38和PSD-95表达在脑缺血损伤中的意义

摘要

突触素-38(SYN-38)和突触后致密物质-95(PSD-95)是突触重建的标志性蛋白,能较好地反映神经元和轴突的代偿再生情况,在脑缺血损伤后的突触重建中具有重要的意义.本文从SYN-38和PSD-95的概述、SYN-38和PSD-95的表达与突触可塑性及突触可塑性在脑缺血损伤后神经细胞修复中的意义三个方面进行综述,并对存在的问题进行分析.%SYN -38 and PSD -95 are the symbol proleins in synaplic reconslruclion, can beller reflect regeneration and compensatory of neurons and axonals,with a greal significance in synaplic reconslruclion after cerebral ischemia injury. This paper reviewed from three aspecls as follows; the summary of SYN - 38 and PSD - 95, the relation between SYN - 38 and PSD - 95 expression and synaplic plaslicily, and the significance of synaplic plaslicily in the repair of neural cells afler cerebral ischemia injury, and analysed the existing problems.
