中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染糜烂性胃炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effects of using combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with HP infection and to explore the clinical effect of the therapeutic mechanism.Methods Retro-spective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 200 cases with chronic superficial gastritis and HP infection admitted to hospital from March,2009 to March,2012.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 100 people in each group,the control group were given western medicine treatment,and the observation group were given traditional Chinese treatment as well as western medicine treatment.Then clinical symptom improvement,and gastroscope curative effect,and HP clearance rate were observed a-mong the two groups . Results After the treatment of four weeks ,Hp negative rate had remarkable difference among the tow groups ( <0.05).The abdominal pain,flautulence,poor appetite ease time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant( <0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of using traditional Chinese medicine pre-scription in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with HP infection is ideal,which is worth further clinical popularization and application.%　　目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床疗效及探讨其疗效的作用机制.方法回顾性分析我院2009-03—2012-03收治入院的慢性浅表性胃炎伴Hp感染患者200例临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组100例,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组患者在西药治疗基础上,采用自拟中药方治疗,观察两组患者的临床症状改善、胃镜疗效、Hp清除率等方面的疗效.结果两组均经4周时间治疗结束,Hp转阴率差异有统计学意义(<0.05)；观察组腹痛、饱胀、纳差缓解时间明显少于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(<0.05).结论中西医结合治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴Hp感染疗效较理想.
