疗养院非现役文职人员心理健康与应对方式的相关性研究

摘要

目的探讨疗养院非现役文职人员心理健康状况及其与应对方式的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对疗养院53名非现役文职人员进行调查研究。结果非现役文职人员SCL-90总分及各因子分均显著低于国内常模和军人常模；不同学历、不同专业SCL-90、特质应对方式问卷方式存在显著性差异；相关分析显示，心理健康与应对方式存在显著相关。结论良好的应对方式选择对心理健康有一定的促进作用。%　　Objective To study the situation of m ental health and its relationship w ith coping style am ong non-active civilian per-sonnel at sanatorium .Methods 53 non-active civilian personnel w ere investigated and evaluated by Sym ptom C hecklist 90(SC L-90)and Trait C oping Style Q uestionnaire(TC SQ ).Results The total score of SC L-90 and each factor score of non-active civilian personnel w ere significantly low er than those of national norm or arm ym an norm ;there w as a significant difference of m ental health and coping style in different profession and education level.The m ental health w as closely correlated w ith coping style.Conclusion Positive coping style should prom ote m ental health.
