血友病家庭健康教育课堂对改善患者生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the psychological changes and health know ledge aw areness levels of hem ophilia sufferers before and af-ter bleeding respectively,and to study the im portance of health education lecture on increasing life quality of the sufferers at hem ophilia fam ily.Methods 40 sufferers with hem ophilia ranging from 5 to 15 years old w ere random ly divided into tw o groups nam ely the interven-tion group (n=20 )and the control group (n=20 ).T he intervention group adopted a method com bining health education lectures after bleed-ing at fam ily with medication after bleeding,w hile the control group com bined traditional health education with medication.Results C om-parison w as m ade betw een the tw o groups after bleeding in term s of aw areness level of health know ledge,and levels of anxiety and depres-sion ,w hich show ed that patients in the intervention group had a higher aw areness level of health know ledge and m ore proper treatm ent m easures for discom forts than those in the control group .Conclusion Health education lectures at hem ophilia fam ilycan help sufferers learn how to prevent and treat hem ophilia,increase the aw areness of health care know ledge,reduce the horror and tenseness,assist to get through the bleeding tim e safely and com fortably,w hich m akes the functional rehabilitation after bleeding successful to im prove the life quality.%目的：分析血友病患者出血前后的心理健康情况、健康知识认知程度等方面，研究进行血友病家庭健康教育课堂讲座对改善血友病患者生活质量的重要性。方法将年龄在5～15岁40例患者随机分为干预组(n＝20)和对照组(n＝20)，干预组采用血友病患者出血后家庭健康教育课堂讲座与出血后药物治疗相结合；对照组采用传统的健康教育与药物治疗结合。结果对两组患者出血后健康知识认知程度及焦虑、抑郁程度进行比较，干预组患者应对所出现的不适症状的效果及对健康知识认知度均明显优于对照组。结论通过血友病家庭健康教育课堂培训可使血友病患者掌握预防和治疗知识、提高保健知识认知度、减轻紧张和恐惧、辅助轻松安全的度过出血期，使出血后功能恢复顺利完成，从而改善生活质量。
