48例老年人阵发性心房纤颤的临床分析

Paroxysm al atrial fibrillation is a com m on and im portant clinical arrhythm ia.To explore the clinical characteristics of paroxys-m al atrial fibrillation am ong the elderly patients,this paper m akes a prelim inary analysis of the pathogenic factors and electrocardiogram characteristics of paroxysm al atrial fibrillation am ong 48 elderly patients,and provides the basis for clinic treatm ent.%阵发性心房纤颤是临床上常见而重要的心律失常之一。为探讨老年人阵发性心房纤颤的临床特点，本文对48例老年人阵发性心房纤颤病例的发病因素、心电图特点进行初步分析，为临床治疗提供依据。
