我国的老龄化社会呈现出老年人口基数大、增长速度快、未富先老、高龄化程度高等特征。老年人多患有慢性病或心理疾病，疾病谱和死亡谱也逐渐转向难治性老年性疾病，其中以老年性高血压较为常见。中医护理以整体观念和辨证施护为原则，可提供生活起居护理、饮食护理、情志调护、运动养生护理等，以其易于接受、价廉效好等特点受到大家的喜爱。因此，我们应大力发展中医护理，提高老年慢性病患者生活质量，促进我国健康老龄化。%Aging society in our country takes on the features of large aging population base,rapid growth rate,ag-ing before getting rich ,high degree of old aging .Most elderly people have chronic diseases or mental diseases,and spectrum of disease and death is gradually turning to refractory senile diseases,among which elderly hypertension is quite common.Chinese traditional medical nursing operates on the principle of holismconcept and dialectical nursing, provides living life nursing ,diet nursing ,emotion adjusted nursing ,and motion health nursing ,and is preferred by the public for its easy acceptance and cheap price and good effect.We should strive to develop Chinese traditional medi-cal nursing ,increase the living quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases,so as to promote healthy aging issue in China.
