纤维蛋白粘合胶对人牙周膜细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘要

AIM: To observe the effects of FG on the proliferation and ALP activity of PDLC. METHODS： Cell culture technique, MTT and enzyme kinetics methods were used to evaluate the effects of FG on the proliferation and ALP actiuity of PDLC. RESULT: The proliferation and ALP activity of PDLC in experimental group were significantly increased than the control group and appeared in the early stage. CONCLUSION:FG can improve the proliferation and ALP activity of human PDLC.%目的：探讨纤维蛋白粘合胶(FG)对牙周膜细胞(PDLCs)增殖和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的影响。方法：应用细胞培养技术，噻唑盐比色测定法（MTT法）和酶动力学方法，观察FG对PDLCs的增殖作用和时间效应以及ALP活性的作用。结果：FG组的PDLCs增殖和ALP活性较对照组均有显著升高，且在作用的第1天就显著促进了细胞的增殖。结论：FG可促进PDLCs的增殖和ALP活性。
