AIM: To examine the signal transduction o f BMP-2 in NIH3T3 cells. METHODS:The expression of BMPRⅠ 、BMPRⅡand Smad 1、4、5 were examined in NIH3T3 cells by immunohistochemistry a nd in situ hybridization. RESULTS:The NIH3T3 cells sh owed positive signals of BMPRⅠ、BMPRⅡand Smad 1、4、5. CONCLUSION: [ WT 5”BZ〗The signal transduction system of BMP-2 exists in NIH3T3 fibroblasts.%目的:观察NIH3T3细胞中BMP信号转导 因子的表达。方法:用免疫组化和原位杂交方法检测NIH3T3细胞中B MPⅠ、Ⅱ型受体和Smad 1、4、5的表达。结果:细胞中有BMPⅠ、Ⅱ 型受体和Smad 1、4、5的表达。结论:NIH3T3细胞是BMP-2的靶细胞 ,细胞中有BMPs信号转导因子的表达。
