The paper summarized the methods of building model on animal of vascular dementia, and, introduced the ethology, histomorphology, nerve and biochemical indicator, imaging and other observation targets on animal model of vascular dementia in recent years. Supply related evidence for experimental research in future.%本文综述了近年来大鼠血管性痴呆的造模方法和造模后大鼠行为学、组织形态学、神经生化指标及影像学等观测指标,为今后的实验研究提供相应的依据.
