我国部分省市实验大、小鼠肠道寄生虫检测结果与防控

摘要

本文统计和分析了1989年～2013年我国部分省市实验大、小鼠肠道寄生虫病的阳性检测率，统计结果显示，近年来我国部分省市清洁及以上大、小鼠的寄生虫感染状况比过去有所好转，部分地区SPF级实验动物的寄生虫感染率降到10％左右，但对鞭毛虫的控制仍不容乐观。为实验动物生产、管理及使用者提供参考。%Objective This review was aimed to provide reference for production, management and use of laboratory animals by analyzing the test results on intestinal parasitic infections of mice and rats in different provinces from 1989 to 2013 in China.The results showed that the infection rates in clean and SPF mice and rats were reduced to 10%, being better than that in the past years, but the situation was still not optimistic for the control of flagellate parasites infections.
