肺纤维化动物模型及研究进展

摘要

Pulmonary fibrosis can severely disrupt lung functions, but its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. Animal models of lung fibrosis play an important role in investigation of the mechanism by which pulmonary fibrosis develops. This review summarizes the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of widely used and newly established animal models of lung fibrosis.%近年来，肺纤维化的发病率呈上升趋势，其病因和发病机制尚不清楚。肺纤维化动物模型在研究肺纤维化发病机制中起重要作用。本文对一些常用和新建立的肺纤维化模型的使用和特点进行了总结，为肺纤维化疾病的基础研究和药物筛选及有效性评价提供参考。
