Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral arterial disease and urinary albumin to creatinine ratio ( UACR) in elderly type 2 diabetes inpatients .Methods A total of 230 diabetes inpatients were included in this study.The ABI,UACR,serum creatinine,lipids profile,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and other indexes were measured.Results In 230 elderly inpatients,the prevalence of urinary albumin was 48.7%(112/230) and the prevalence of abnormal ABI was 29.6%( 68/230 ) .Prevalence of abnormal ABI was 50.0%, 37.8%, 19.5%in the clinical ,micro-and normal albuminuria .Prevalence of urinary protein was 48.5%,21.6%in patients with ABI≤0.95 , 0.95 展开▼
