鼻咽癌放射治疗10年疗效分析 (附160例报告)

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the ten-year results of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer(NPC) and the influencing factors.Methods:The age,sex,histological type,clinical stage,typing of the tumor and the radiation doses of primary focus and neck of 1 6 0 cases of NPC which has been follow-up for ten years were analysised.Results:The ten-year survival rate of the series was 21.9% and it was closely correlated with the clinical stage,type of the tumor and the primary external radiation dose (P＜0.05). The distant metastasis and local recurrence are the main cause of failure.Conclusion:Higher survival rate can be achieved in early and up-type patients,and the optimal dose of the primary focus is 70～80Gy.%目的：通过长期随访分析讨论鼻咽癌放射治疗10年疗效及影响因素。方法：对随访10年以上160例鼻咽癌患者的性别、年龄、病理类型、分期、分型，原发灶及颈部放射剂量进行统计及X2检验。结果：放射治疗后10年生存率为21．9％，其疗效与临床分期、分型及原发灶放射剂量关系密切(P＜0．05)，失败原因为远处转移及局部复发。结论：分期早及上行型生存率高，原发灶放射剂量以70～80 Gy较好。
