北京市回龙观社区居民脑卒中高危人群筛查结果分析

摘要

目的：对北京市回龙观社区居民脑卒中高危人群筛查结果进行总结，并对危险因素进行分析。方法对北京市回龙观社区居民进行脑卒中筛查，并对脑卒中危险因素进行风险评估，根据评判标准将居民分为高危人群组和中低危人群组，并进行统计学处理。结果高危人群组（n ＝1739）和中低危人群组（n ＝4742）比较，高血压病史、心房纤颤、吸烟、血脂异常、糖尿病、缺乏运动、超重肥胖、脑卒中家族史均差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论高血压病史、心房纤颤、吸烟、血脂异常、糖尿病、缺乏运动、超重肥胖、脑卒中家族史均为社区居民脑卒中危险因素。%Objective To summarize the screening results of the of high -risk crowds of stroke in Huilongguan community of Beijing,and explore the related risk factors.Methods The residents of Huilongguan in Beijing were screened for stroke,and the risk factors of stroke were assessed.The residents were divided into high risk group and low risk group according to the criteria.Results There were significant difference in the hypertension history,atrial fibrilla-tion,smoking,dyslipidemia,diabetes,lack of exercise,overweight and obesity,family history of stroke between two groups (P <0.01).Conclusions Hypertension history,atrial fibrillation,smoking,dyslipidemia,diabetes,lack of exercise,o-verweight and obesity,family history of stroke are the risk factors of stroke in community residents.
