思美泰治疗化疗后肝功能损害的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of transemetil for cancer patients with impairment of liver function after chemotherapy.Methods 75 cancer patients with liver dysfunction after chemotherapy were randomized into two groups.Therapeutic group was treated by transemetil and control group wes treated by essentiale N.Results The effective rates of therapeutic group and control group was 85.3％ and 80.6％ in decrease of ALT and AST,which was no significance difference in two groups.But the effective rates of therapeutic wes higher than control group significantly in decrease of high-jaundice, P ＜ 0.05.There was no obvious side effects observed during therapy.Conclusion Transmetil had obviously curative effect and safety in impairment of liver function after chemotherapy.%目的 观察思美泰在治疗化疗后肝功能损害的效果及不良反应.方法 接受化疗后出现Ⅱ度及以上肝功能损害的恶性肿瘤患者共75例,治疗组36例应用思美泰,对照组39例应用易善复,观察患者肝功能转氨酶和胆红素的恢复情况并比较两组疗效.结果 思美泰和易善复降低转氨酶的有效率分别为85.3%和80.6%,两组比较无显著性的差异;在降低胆红素方面思美泰有效率为90.9%,明显优于易善复的45.4%,P<0.05.两组均未见明显不良反应.结论 思美泰用于治疗化疗后肝功能损害安全有效.
