间接法门静脉血栓溶解术治疗门静脉血栓形成

摘要

目的 观察间接法门静脉血栓溶解术治疗门静脉血栓形成的疗效.方法 选择2011年1月～ 2012年7月我院收治的30例门静脉血栓形成患者,所有患者均采用间接法门静脉血栓溶解术治疗.术后造影、随访,评价疗效.结果 血栓完全溶解18例,治愈率60％,有效率为83％,复发率27％.无治疗相关并发症发生.结论 间接法门静脉血栓溶解术是治疗门静脉血栓形成有效的、安全的、简单的、可行的治疗方法.%Objective Observe the indirect method of intravenous thrombolysis therapy in patients with portal vein thrombosis. Methods From 2011 January to 2012 July in our hospital,30 cases with portal vein thrombosis were involved. All patients were treated with the indirect method vein thrombolysis therapy. Postoperative angiograohy follow-up,assessment of curative effect were observed. Results Complete thrombus dissolution was observed in 18 cases,the cure rate was 60% ;efficiency was 83% recurrence rate was 27% . No operation complication. Conclusion Indirect method of venous thrombolysis for portal vein thrombos is an effective,safe,simple,feasible treatment method.
