中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网和斑块血栓形成关系研究的新进展

摘要

中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)能够捕获并抑制病原微生物扩散,杀灭并清除病原体,同时也参与自身免疫性疾病的发生和进展.这种中性粒细胞的不同于趋化、吞噬的杀菌方式成为了近年来的研究热点.NETs不仅仅出现在血栓和斑块中,而且可能在引发动脉粥样硬化斑块形成和动脉血栓形成中发挥重要的作用.本文就NETs促进动脉粥样硬化斑块及血栓形成的研究进展作一综述.%Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) can capture pathogenic microorganisms and inhibit them spreading,kill and eliminate pathogens,and participate in occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases.The steriliza-tion way of neutrophil different from chemotaxis and phagocytosis becomes a study hotspot in recent years.NETs not only appear in thrombus and plaques,they may also play an important role in formation of atherosclerotic plaques and arterial thrombus.The present article made a review on research progress of NETs participation in for-mation of atherosclerotic plaques and thrombosis.
