对正常高值血压人群进行饮食教育的临床实践

             

摘要

Objective: To study influence of dietary education intervention on population with high - normal blood pressure. Methods: A total of 58 subjects accorded with standard of high- normal blood pressure (120~139/80~ 89mmHg) were enrolled from health examination, and they received 12 - month dietary intervention and blood pressure monitoring. Intervention method included smoking cessation, moderate drinking, limitation on intake of sodium, supply of dietary fiber, increase intake of potassium, magnesium and calcium, supply of soybean protein, decrease intake of fat and cholesterol and moderate intake of protein. Results: Compared with before intervention,awareness rate of relative diet knowledge significantly increased, blood pressure [systolic blood pressure: (133. 5?6.5) mmHgvs. (128. 2 ?. 9) mmHg, diastolic blood pressure: (85. 8 ?.1) mmHgvs. (74.8 + 5.1) mmHg], body mass index [ (24.1 + 2.8) kg/m2 vs. (22.4 + 2.2) kg/m2], total cholesterol [ (5.6+1.8) mmol/L vs. (4. 6 ?.6) mmol/L], triglyceride [ (1. 9 ?0. 7) mmol/L vs. (1. 4 + 1. 0) mmol/L] , fasting blood glucose [ (5. 8 + 1. 7) mmol/ L vs. (5. 0 ?1. 6) mmol/L] and serum uric acid [ (384 + 80) Mmol/L vs. (322 + 82) ^mol/L] significantly decreased, P<0. 05 all in population with high normal blood pressure after dietary education. Conclusion: It's effective to change eating habits through dietary education in patients with high-normal blood pressure, and expense is few and benefit is large, thus it should be spread.%目的:研究饮食教育干预对正常高值血压人群的影响.方法:选择体检中符合血压正常高值标准(120~139/80~89mmHg)的体检者58例,进行为期12个月的饮食干预并进行血压监测.饮食干预措施包括:戒烟,适度饮酒,限制钠盐摄入,补充膳食纤维,增加钾、镁、钙的摄取,补充大豆蛋白,减少脂肪、胆固醇的摄入,适量摄人蛋白质.结果:与干预前比较,通过饮食教育,正常高值血压人群的相关饮食知识知晓率明显提高(P均<0.05);血压[收缩压(133.5±6.5)mmHg比(128.2±6.9)mmHg,舒张压(85.8±7.1)mmHg比(74.8±5.1)mmHg]、人体质量指数[(24.1±2.8)kg/m2比(22.4±2.2)kg/m2]、总胆固醇[(5.6±1.8)mmol/L比(4.6±1.6)mmol/L]、甘油三酯[(1.9±0.7)mmol/L比(1.4±1.0)mmol/L]、空腹血糖[(5.8±1.7)mmol/L比(5.0±1.6)mmol/L]、血尿酸[(384±80)μmol/L比(322±82)μmol/L]均有明显下降(P<0.05).结论:正常高值血压患者通过饮食教育,改善饮食习惯,控制血压有效而简便,投入少,效益大,应大力提倡.
