血红蛋白、红细胞压积与心力衰竭关系研究的进展

摘要

心衰患者常合并血红蛋白（Hb）含量、红细胞压积（HCT ）降低，与心衰患者的预后密切相关。本文就Hb、HCT与心衰患者的疾病进程、生活质量，死亡风险的关系及Hb、HCT降低机制作一综述。%Patients with heart failure are usually complicated with hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (HCT) level re‐ductions ,which are closely correlated with prognosis of these patients .The present article made an overview on the relationship among disease process ,quality of life , mortality risk and Hb&HCT level in patients with heart failure .
